Executive Chef Adam Thurlow
Adam grew up in Worcester later moving to Southbridge where he graduated from Bay Path RVTHS. After graduation, he ventured out into the world to perfect his talents and skills for the past 20 years. He has become an award-winning Chef who is classically trained in American and International cuisine. He has many years of experience in fine dining, casual, gastropub style and comfort food settings. He loves mixing the old with the new. Adam is known for creativity, fusion, and preparing exciting, delicious foods, along with all the classics one has come to love and cherish. He strives for consistency, excellence and perfection in every dish that comes out of his kitchen and holds himself to the highest of standards while doing so. He has returned to Southbridge toregrow his families roots, and as the Executive Chef at Cohasse, hopes to make his community a little happier by providing it with delicious foods that will echo throughout our regions borders.
